Riverbend Honey Oxymel

Oxymel is a traditional herbal tonic made from a mixture of honey and vinegar.  The name comes from the Greek words oxys (acid) and meli (honey). It has been used for centuries with origins tracing back to ancient Greek and Persian medicine.
