Where We Ship
Catskills Curated offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Rates & Timing
Catskills Curated has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen.
The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout, along with the estimated time it takes to deliver your order.
Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed due to incorrect shipping information; please double-check all shipping information provided to ensure there are no typos or inaccuracies to avoid an undeliverable instance.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has reached one of our shipping partners.
Once shipped, any order delays are unfortunately out of our control.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the order’s entered address.
Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, including tracking information and date of delivery, for the customer to investigate.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order.
